The personal data communicated to the Data Controller will be treated correctly and transparently for lawful purposes and protecting the privacy and rights of the customer in compliance with the community legislation on the protection of personal data (EU Reg. 2016/679).

The treatments will be carried out with the following purposes and methods:

  1. Data controller.

  1. Object of the Treatment.

The Data Controller will process the personal data communicated by the customer (email) solely for the purposes indicated in this information.

  1. Purpose of the treatment.

The purposes of the processing generally pursued by the Data Controller can be summarized as follows:

A. to allow the customer to send messages to the Owner;

  1. Categories of personal data processed.

The data processed will be those strictly necessary for the purposes indicated in the previous point.

  1. Recipients or any categories of recipients of personal data.

The data provided by the customer will be made accessible to employees and collaborators of the owner.

The data will not be disclosed and will be treated with organizational and logical methods related to the purposes specified above.

  1. Data Transfer.

The management and storage of personal data will take place on servers located within the EU of the Data Controller and/or of third-party companies in charge and no transfer of the same will be made outside the territory of the European Union.

  1. Storage period.

The Data Controller will process the personal data provided: e-mail, for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described above; the data, in particular, will be used to correspond with the Customer and the email will be canceled the day after the end of the correspondence.

  1. Rights of the interested party.

As an interested party, the customer has the following rights:

a) the right to ask the Data Controller for access to personal data and, if existing, the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns him or to oppose their treatment, in addition to the right to data portability ;

c) the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

The Customer may exercise the aforementioned rights by sending an email addressed to the Data Controller

to the address referred to in the previous art. 1).
